On March 22, 2024, we hosted an online interview featuring Ulaş Durmaz, who has been awarded the "Michelin Young Chef" award. The session began with a brief introduction by the young chef about himself, followed by a question and answer segment where he candidly addressed inquiries from students. He shared insights into the challenges he faced from the start of his career in the industry, his sources of motivation, and his educational journey. The interview concluded after Ulaş Chef generously shed light on these topics, inspiring aspiring young chefs with his vision.
