External Stakeholder Meeting at Cunda Sade Coffee & Tea Artisan Within the Scope of the 7+1 Applied Education Model

External Stakeholder Relations

The Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts at Gökçeada School of Applied Sciences visited Göksel Sunter, the operator of Cunda Sade Coffee & Tea Artisan, on 19 November 2025 as part of its GastroAntalya 2025 journey. The meeting was carried out by the Head of the Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts, Lect. Özkan Yazar, accompanied by our GastroAntalya 2025 team.

Göksel Sunter, who became renowned in the industry as an entrepreneur of distinguished and high-quality establishments in İstanbul for many years and reshaped his career in Cunda in the early 2010s, welcomed our students at Cunda Sade Coffee & Tea Artisan, which he continues to operate. By sharing his expertise in the field of gastronomy, his entrepreneurial journey, and his story extending to Cunda, Sunter provided the students with a valuable perspective.

During the visit, the students received advice on business management, sectoral trends, and career planning. Sunter also brought our students together with Chef Nazila Hemmatjou in the establishment's kitchen, providing an opportunity to convey both his own experiences and his assessments regarding GastroAntalya 2025.

In the meeting, evaluations were made regarding the support of collaborations carried out with our external stakeholders within the scope of the 7+1 Applied Workplace Training model and the strengthening of our students' integration into the industry. We thank Göksel Sunter for his hospitality and support.

The visit made a valuable contribution to the process by providing morale and motivation to our students following the GastroAntalya period.
