Fourth-Year Students of the Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Department Presented Their Graduation Projects

Final Examinations

Fourth-year students of the Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts presented the projects they had prepared throughout the semester within the scope of the Graduation Project course, under the supervision of Assist. Prof. Dr. Hande Kandur Arslan, on 12 May 2026 as part of the final examinations.

As the students shared their work with the audience, the questions posed allowed the topics to be addressed from different perspectives. The presentation of these studies, the product of a long preparation process, created moments in which learning and sharing were experienced together, both for the students explaining their topics and for those listening. We congratulate our students, who successfully completed this final and meaningful step of the semester, and we thank them for the effort they have devoted.
