Visit
Our School of Applied Sciences' Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts, along with Deputy Director Lecturer Özkan Yazar and department faculty, visited Gökçeada Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School. During the visit, they provided information about our school and department to the students of the Food and Beverage Services Department. The visit was accompanied by Zafer Tepeli, the Principal of Gökçeada Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School.
Following a presentation by department faculty member Öğr. Gör. Özge Büyük about the Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Department, questions from the students were answered by our faculty members. Later, discussions were held with Principal Zafer Tepeli and teachers from the Food and Beverage Services Department to exchange ideas. The visit concluded with mutual suggestions on potential projects and activities within the framework of stakeholder relations and bilateral cooperation.
