On 19.04.2023, Turkish perfumer and fragrance expert Vedat OZAN met with the students of our school, on "Fragrance and Gastronomy" event via online connection on Lec. Özkan Yazar's lesson. Event was moderated by Lec. Özkan YAZAR in two parts. After the detailed explanation of smell, flavor, taste, aroma and umami, the questions and answers session was organized.
