Our Students on the Way to GastroAntalya 2025

Competition

Students of the Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts are preparing to represent our university at the GastroAntalya 2025 competitions to be held in Antalya this year. Bringing together national and international participants, the event offers an important platform for young chefs to showcase their creativity and meet professionals in the industry.

Our department will take part in the competition with a team of six students across different categories. Seyithan Öztürk will compete in JP7 University Level Student Chef Fish Competition; Ulaş Ağkaya in JP9 University Level Student Chef Main Course Competition; Bilal Çırak in JP13 University Level Pizza Competition; and Harun Demir, Muhammet Furkan Çallak, and Osman Bağbaşı in JP10 University Level Modern Turkish Cuisine Team Competition.

We hope that the experience our students gain throughout the competition process will make a significant contribution to their professional development, and we wish success to our team, who have carried out an intensive preparation process to compete both individually and as a team.
