Traditional "Simit Making" Workshop Held in Bakery Products Course

Gökçeada School of Applied Sciences hosted a special simit-making workshop on October 15, 2024, as part of the Bakery Products course conducted by Lecturer Özkan Yazar from the Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts.

The workshop featured:

  • Master Simit Maker Bayram İnce Durmuş

Industry experts shared their professional techniques and hands-on experience in traditional simit production with students.
