Sofia, Bulgaria – In celebration of UNESCO’s World Breakfast Day, the Turkish Embassy Residence in Sofia hosted a special event to introduce Bulgaria to the rich traditions of Turkish breakfast culture. Lecturer Z. Ceren Akkök from Gökçeada School of Applied Sciences’ Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts represented Türkiye, offering guests an immersive taste of authentic Turkish morning flavors.
