On October 9, 2024, Lecturer Özge Büyük hosted a special workshop within the "Seafood Products" course at Gökçeada School of Applied Sciences, featuring guest expert Businessman Can Dağınık.
The workshop focused on:

Detailed professional insights about the fish's characteristics and culinary applications
Interactive session where students participated in practical applications
